The rent is $1000 with all utilities included(gas,water, electricity, WiFi), only street parking is available and there is plenty. The home is located in imperial beach close to 5 freeway. The house is fully furinished with a fully accessible kitchen, in-house washer and dryer. Currently there are 4 young professionals living, 3 girls ages 22-26 and 1 male, the homeowner age 30.
