Hi! I’m a mom with a wonderful 9-year-old son, and we’re looking for a private room in a safe, peaceful and family-friendly home. We are clean, quiet, respectful and responsible. My son attends school, and we’re looking for a stable place that we can call home long-term. Our budget is up to $1,200 per month. I also have a housing assistance program that may help with the first and last month’s rent. We’re especially interested in North Hollywood, Burbank, Pasadena, Glendale, and nearby areas.
