Looking for a girl to take over lease I am currently looking to sublease my 4x4 at the Accolades Collegiate Village East. My apartment offers court side view, corner balcony (bigger space), updated appliances, Only 1 previous tenant for all rooms, fully furnished, and 2nd floor (just one flight of stairs to get to). The current lease is $1,150.
