Hi, I’m a full time art student at ECC living in Elgin and we’re looking for our final roommate. We’re looking for a friendly, responsible, respectful, and clean roommate to share our space with. Message me for more questions! We’re a welcome, and safe space for diversity of all types! We love film, music, art, creativity and wholesome friendships. If you’re interested we can set up a date where you come and you can meet all the roommates and check out the space where we can answer all of your questions. The lease is for one year and signed with the landlord prior to moving in. A move in fee of one month’s rent and one month’s rent is due upon moving in (preferably on the 1st of a month).
