You will be sharing the home with my mom and two other working professionals who rent the other rooms. Everyone is respectful, and we value a peaceful, clean, and comfortable living environment. The monthly rent is $750, including utilities and WiFi, with a $300 deposit. The room is available starting August 11, and we prefer someone who plans to stay for at least months or more.
