🏡I have a room for rent for 450. Plus utilities. The room is in a good area on the east side of Wichita. I live in a one bedroom. But I would be living in the living room. I have a way to block the space off.🏡. 🌸I’m a women looking for a female roommate🌸 🚫No Pets. No drama. No smoking in the unit. Preferable no visitors. Looking for clean people. We both clean up after ourselves. Room needs to be kept clean. No permanent damage to the room.🚫 🌼 No deposit required. But on moving day 300 dollars needs to be paid. But it will be subtracted from the rent.🌼 🌺Short term rental agreement required. Not looking for a roommate more than 3-4 months 🌺
