(The Wallace, Harlem Public, BoNo) Across the street is Foodtown, Drycleaning, but also laundry in the building. 5 blocks from the 1 train, but ABCD super close too. 24/7 Doorman Buiding, with elevator. Fully furnished room with big TV. 3 dressers, and 1 closet. Queen bed with storage underneath and shoe cabinet Kitchen is fully equipped, with big fridge and dishwasher. Stainless steel appliances. Storage for kitchen supplies as well. Communal living room and bathroom shared with one other person. (They rarely hang in the living room)
2 bedroom apartment shared with one other person. He works from home but mostly keeps to himself. Serious people only thanks!
