🚨SOS🚨 lease ends end of September!! But need a game plan in place prior to then! A few weeks back now, my significant other and I broke up rather unexpectedly and that changed things when it came to any possibility of a lease renewal 🥲😅 SO I am looking for someone who might have a room or in law apartment available and is open to a roommate OR someone (female preferred) that’s in a similar situation and looking for a new rental but cannot swing it alone with how overly priced apartments are now and would want to discuss joining forces and renting a place together! I Ideally need to be within 20 mins of the Concord and Epsom area. Biggest concern: I need someone who’s understanding of the situation and be okay with the fact that I do have a 7 month old son who would be with me at times and need to be allowed to also sleep/live there when I have him! I currently only have a budget of around $850 maybe $1000 with utilities included? Life’s too expensive lately and ideally I’d be saving over time to get back into my own place and still manage to survive 😅
About me:
I am 27 yrs old and have been working for over a year now in a dental office in Concord!
I clean up after myself, out of the house during the day working 8-6 most days of the week and I usually try to stay busy during the weekends but if I am home, pretty quiet!
