Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate to move into the master bedroom of my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment around September 1 (flexible). 📍 Banker’s Hill – close to Balboa Park and Little Italy. The room: * Private bathroom
* Walk-in closet
* Large bedroom (about 12’ x 18’)
* Unfurnished Rent: $1,525/month + about $90/month for utilities, internet, and renters insurance. The living room will also be mostly unfurnished, so we can decorate it together—or if you already have furniture, even better! A little about me:
I’m 35 and work with a Christian college ministry. I’ve lived here for 3 years and love the neighborhood. I have a sweet older blind dog who mostly stays in my room. I enjoy having friends over occasionally, but I also appreciate a peaceful, relaxed home. I’m looking for someone who’s clean, considerate, communicates well, and is looking for a place that feels like home. Apartment requirements: * 680+ credit score
* Income of at least 2.5× the rent
