The apartment is in an incredible location, just a short walk to York St (F) and High St (A/C) stations, making it easy to get to Manhattan, DUMBO, Brooklyn Heights, and the rest of Brooklyn. I’m currently targeting a beautiful apartment that’s $6,000/month total ($3,250 master bedroom), but I’m also open to similar luxury buildings in Downtown Brooklyn around the same budget if we find something we love even more.
