My roommate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to take over their room starting September 1st (exact date flexible). The room: Front first-floor bedroom, roughly 150 sq ft, with hardwood floors, a closet, and great natural light. Quiet spot. You'll have your own bathroom — we each get our own. The place: 2 bed / 2 bath with a large finished basement we use as a living room and office (currently also bike storage, but the bikes leave with the departing roommate). There may be an additional parking space available for rent — I can check with the landlord. About me: 36-year-old business professional. I travel a lot for work and leisure, so you'll often have the place to yourself. Clean, low-key, rarely have guests — and I'll give you a heads-up when I do.
