Looking for a studio or 1 bed in mpls/st paul for me and my husband. Private landlords that are willing to work with people. currently looking for a job and my husband works under the table so he doesnt have normal pay stubs. Budget: no more an 1000 willing to do groundskeeping and cleaning to help out with rent or something! Looking to move as soon as possible.
