300 sq foot studio sublet

Hi, I just signed a lease July 3 but I am looking for someone to take over the lease for me because I got an opportunity elsewhere and need to be released from it. The apartment is a 300 sq ft studio, no bedroom, no balcony. It overlooks the pool from the 2nd floor. The building is pre-wired for GFiber, and the electric is cheap since it’s such a small space. My current electric bill is $85 a month and I run the AC at 68° 24/7 The apartment itself is on the corner of pleasant valley and Oltorf, and will be available for move in on October 1, 2026.
