Furnished room available in Westbury Long Island for short / long term..Private modern home in a residential area with one bedroom and a full bathroom available on the second floor ( shared bathroom as there is another female tenant)...I am a 55 year old male with 3 very friendly, loving dogs (so must be a dog Lover)....I have 2 older kids who do not live here ……FEMALE professionals and/or students preferred ….the bedroom is fully furnished....included utilities, AC,, wifi, use of kitchen and laundry......great place if you need something for a month or two....we can discuss more in detail over the phone........ the house is in near proximity to Roosevelt Field Mall, Adelphi. Old Westbury Hofstra, NCC, LIRR, Westbury, Carle Place schools very friendly, secure atmosphere and very nice neighborhood …can provide references $1100 rent / $1100 deposit…..long term lease not necessary ….can leave whenever with one month notice please please include in your first general information of yourself..... your full name,current situation, where you are from and your current work.....emails without will be ignored Sorry but not for couples or Males …..and no pets 45 minute commute to Manhattan from LIRR
