Female Roommate Needed ASAP

Looking for a female roommate to take over my spot in a 2-bedroom apartment at Woodbrook Village in East Lansing for August 2026 through July 2027. Rent is $712/month plus utilities. The security deposit and the first two months of rent have already been paid by me, so the incoming roommate would be taking over my place in the lease. The apartment is on a CATA bus route with access to MSU’s campus. Parking, laundry, a dishwasher, gym access, and pool access are available. You would be living with one female MSU student. The replacement tenant must apply, qualify, and be approved by Woodbrook Village management.
