About the Place Private bedroom available in a duplex with a shared bathroom. The house has in-unit laundry, a private backyard, and easy street parking right alongside the house. It’s a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and a laid-back atmosphere. Utilities are split 50/50 each month. I also have a small, friendly dog, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable around dogs and will be kind and respectful to her. She’s an important part of the home. The lease is month-to-month, and a background check and rental agreement are required. Mainly looking for someone who’s responsible, pays rent on time, communicates well, and wants a comfortable place to live.
