We’re looking for a clean, respectful, and friendly roommate to share our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in Quincy! 📍 Great location
• About a 15-minute walk to North Quincy Station.
• A short walk to beautiful Wollaston Beach—perfect for beach lovers, sunset walks, running, or relaxing by the water.

The bedroom is move-in ready and furnished with a bed, futon, desk, chairs, and bookcase. You’re also welcome to bring your own furniture if you’d like to personalize the room. You’ll also have:

• A private balcony right outside your room—great for enjoying the sunshine or growing flowers and plants

The building includes a swimming pool, tennis court, and bike storage. 🍳 Shared spaces
You’ll have full access to the kitchen and living room. We simply ask that everyone cleans up after themselves and helps keep the shared spaces tidy. 👋 About us
You’ll be living with a friendly couple who have called this apartment home for over four years. We’re clean, respectful, easygoing, and considerate. We don’t smoke or host parties, so the apartment is usually quiet and peaceful. We also enjoy spending time with our roommate whenever everyone’s free. We love outdoor activities like hiking, biking, running, beach walks, and exploring new places. If you enjoy similar hobbies, that’s definitely a plus—but there’s absolutely no obligation. 😊 💰 Rent & utilities

• Heat and hot water included
• Electricity and Wi-Fi are shared, usually under $50/person in the winter and around $70/person in the summer. With a private bath, parking, great amenities, and an excellent location, we think it’s a great value!
