Hello, I am very interested in the room for rent you have listed. I am a single 49 year old woman who just moved back to the area. I work in Healthcare and have two older cats who would just stay in my room - they would not wander the rest of the house or outside. I am very clean (so are they - and they are completely housebroken). I have had them for years and they are my furbabies now that my kids are grown. I'm friendly but also quiet and keep to myself when not working.
