Hello, beautiful people. I’m renting out a room with a private bath to a responsible, yes, I know, I hate that it’s a requirement too, clean, trustworthy human here in Riverside. You’ll get your own bedroom and private bath, your own little kingdom. Beyond rent, all we ask is that you clean up after yourself and help keep the vibe peaceful in our 2.5‑bedroom townhouse inside a gated community in Mission Grove. Household rules and tasks will be discussed in person. We’re across from a plaza with Stater Bros, Sprouts, the UPS Store, and a few fast‑food temptations. Plus, we’re conveniently located near the 215, so Costco and Target are basically your neighbors whether you like it or not. We have two Aussies and a cat, so no additional fur babies, our pet quota is full. This also means no kids, no couples, and no “it’s complicated.” Single occupant only. And for clarity: no smoking, no vaping, no 420. If it burns, clouds, or puffs, it’s a no. We’re a lesbian couple with chill but fair attitudes. We keep the vibe peaceful, the expectations reasonable, and the drama at the door. Rent is $1,000 a month with a $300 deposit. Total move‑in: $1,300. Otherwise, pack your good vibes and your best “I respect shared spaces” energy. We can’t wait to meet you.
