🌸 Room for Rent in Costa Mesa | South Coast Plaza Area 🌸 We have a room available in our home located in the beautiful South Coast Plaza area of Costa Mesa, tucked behind a small park in a quiet neighborhood watch community. Since it’s not on a through street, there’s plenty of parking, it’s very peaceful, and it’s a great area for evening walks or jogs. We’re also just a few minutes from the beach! The home has 5 bedrooms total. My boyfriend and I live in the master bedroom, and the available room comes furnished with a bed (no dresser or TV). Rent: $1,200/month We’re hoping to find someone who will be a great fit for the home. The three other renters are all girls, and because everyone shares the common living spaces, they would be most comfortable welcoming another girl into the house. ✨ Rent includes all utilities and fees.
