💰 Rent: $835/month + utilities (approximately $950 total/month)
🏡 Unfinished (current roommate moving out of state)

I'm a young professional who works a lot, so I really value having a peaceful, clean, and respectful home. In my free time, I love cooking, exploring new restaurants, singing, playing piano and ukulele, dancing, crafting, and just about anything creative. I'm easygoing, considerate, and enjoy a balance of quiet time and good company. I'm hoping to find someone with a similar lifestyle—someone responsible, clean, and respectful who would enjoy creating a comfortable home together.
