Landlord supplies paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish liquid and other common use items. Washer and Dryer on 1st floor. 2 Refirigerators, 2 Microwaves one upstairs one in kitchen. Storage available for additional fee in basement if needed. Application fee for background check is non-refundable - $60. Refundable Deposit is $250. Deposit and 1st month full rent is due after approval and before move-in. Drive by the neighborhood to see the area 1st. To see if this is a place you want to live.
