Looking for a someone to rent a bedroom in our 3bdr 2bth home. Only utilities you’ll split is pge. The household consists of myself, my partner and our deaf 7y0. We’re very laid back working parents and just want someone who is tidy and chill. We do have pets and wouldn’t be opposed to another cat if everyone gets along.
