1 bed and 1 private bath! Great opportunity on the west side near Hilliard! Only 10-12 minutes from OSU and Wexner Medical Center, with easy access to the highway to get all around Columbus and downtown.

$800 - all utilities included

You get: A private bedroom with a private bathroom to yourself.

Bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed (or bring your own furniture, that's fine too), fan, lamp, and blackout curtains for night shift shifters or owls! Wi-Fi

Shared kitchen and dining room space with me and my friend Aleigha (who lives in another one of the bedrooms)

-Included pictures show room, (yes, previous owner made questionable paint decisions with colors, they must have had kids :D ), your bathroom, and the shared living room and kitchen area. Note that the furniture in the pictures is no longer the same. Bedroom does come with a full-size bed (if desired), and has dark-out curtains now.

-Friendly introverted working professionals (Nurses/Nurse Practitioners/Hotel Services) as roommate(s).

-My downstairs basement is a fully built-out private apartment with its own kitchen and all, so that is rented to another friend who lives in their own world separated from the rest of the house. (a straight couple) rent that separate world down there. I live on the opposite side of the house from where your room is, in my own corner of the world, as well :)

-This is not a party house, and no pets please.

-We tend to do our own things, but I am fine with general social interactions in shared spaces like the kitchen, etc. Night owls welcome, too (I work evening/nights)!
