There is another roommate and a small dog, poodle. There is a parking pass for the lot for an additional fee. Otherwise, there is guest spots and street parking. There is washer and dryer in the house and central AC.

I am looking for a woman, preferably older, who is is friendly, clean, and is okay with dogs. No smoking in the house.
