The available bedroom is 11x11 and will be furnished with a full-size bed, nightstand, and vanity, offering a move-in-ready space. You'll also have your own private bathroom. The apartment features an open floor plan with, in-unit washer and dryer, and a hared living area and kitchen. The community offers a swimming pool, fitness center, indoor rock climbing wall, dog park and car washing station. I'm a single business professional who works a traditional daytime schedule and values a clean, comfortable, and respectful home environment. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, watching movies, relaxing at home, and exploring Tulsa and Broken Arrow. I'm looking for a responsible, reliable roommate who appreciates a peaceful living environment. I enjoy keeping shared spaces clean and organized, cleaning up after cooking, and communicating openly about household needs. Occasional guests are welcome, but this isn't a party house, so I'm looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who values consideration and mutual respect. Rent is $750 per month, with utilities split equally (50/50) between both roommates. Utilities include water, electricity, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The selected roommate will be required to complete the apartment community's standard application process, including credit, background, and income verification, and will be added to the lease. Flexible lease options are available with either a 6-month or 12-month lease, and a 90-day written notice is required before moving out.
