Large furnished room available on the Upper East Side near 95th St & 2nd Ave. Rent is $2,400/month and includes utilities and Wi-Fi. The room is spacious and furnished with a bed, couch, large desk with shelves, and a closet. Some of the furniture can be removed if you prefer to bring your own. You’ll also have your own private bathroom located right outside the room. The apartment is shared with three other people. We’re quiet, respectful, and easygoing, and one of us is only home around one/two days a week. The building is a luxury doorman building with 24/7 front desk service, elevators, laundry rooms, a package room, and optional access to the gym and pool for an additional building fee. The Q train is right by the building, and Central Park is only a few blocks away. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and other shops nearby. The room is available now. I’m preferably looking for one person who is responsible, clean, and interested in staying long-term. The building will require an application and background screening, and I’ll also need to verify that you have sufficient income to comfortably cover the rent.
