Room for 800/mo has a shared bath with me. But I am there maybe one month out of a year.
Room for 900/mo has a private bathroom and a very wide space. Utilities are included. Exterior maintenance is maintained by the gardener. You can have the garage space if you would like. I have an extra garage key. If you can find a deal that's better than this, I am open to negotiating on the rent price.
