Hey Ladies! I am looking to rent out the additional bedroom I have in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment. I have lived in the community since they opened and [REDACTED] to all amenities, your own bedroom and a separate bathroom. Common areas will be of course shared (including kitchen, laundry room and living room). I am a single female / 27 yrs old and I have one cat, he is only 2 years old but isnt very active and tends to keep to himself or cuddle up to me but because of his anxious tendencies I won't be able to accomodate any additional pets.
