Hi all. I have a spacious, single 1b/1ba apartment, w/ washer&dryer hookups that I am looking to sublease. Located at the Lodges of Rolla. ~5m1n walk to S&T. Very safe, quiet, gated community with multiple amenities. - Apartment will be cleaned before move in. ~$1070/mo. - All utilities except electric included. Looking to sublease starting in about early to mid August through the following year (lease was signed for Aug1,26’-July31st,27’).
