I’m looking for someone to take my half of a lease in Tempe! It’s a townhouse style apartment in a gated community. My roommate is 20 years old and has a dog! Her dog is a bit shy so he tends to stick around her but is very sweet. He is put in a kennel in her room when she’s not home! This apartment is 2.5 bath so both rooms have a bathroom as well as the living area! It’s about ten minutes from asu so it would be a perfect place to live if you are a student!!
