The living room features a large 85“ Sony Bravia XR Smart TV with a 5.1 surround sound system and a comfy modular sectional couch. The home has Smart locks for doors and garage doors. The home is equipped with camera systems that monitor the front door, driveway, and backyard. The total monthly rate for the space will be $800/mo. Utilities are included. 2.5GB Internet is included. The bedroom and bathroom, driveway parking, and access to metro district gyms/pools/recreation centers are included. There will be a credit/background check run on any interested applicants. A refundable security deposit of $500 will be collected with the first month’s rent. Proof of income will also be required.
