Spacious studio room (shared by 2 tenants) Shared bathroom, kitchen, and entrance Driveway parking available Rent: $650/month per person Deposit: $650 (due at signing) Rent due: 1st of each month (no exceptions) Quiet, study-friendly environment No visitors, no alcohol, no parties Must be clean, respectful, and quiet Background check required $35 interview application fee (refundable if accepted) 🔹 Option 2: Private Bedroom in Main House Private room (1 person only) Shared bathroom Access to the kitchen when needed Includes bed, desk, dresser, and closet (as shown in pictures) Rent: $750/month (includes gas, trash, sewage, high-speed internet) Deposit: $750 (due at signing) Rent due: 30th or 31st of each month (late fees apply) Must be clean and respectful No overnight guests, no alcohol, no parties Background check required $35 non-refundable interview application fee 📌 Important:
