Hello my name is Eddie Cruz. I’m a 63 y/o retired nurse and currently working as a nursing instructor. I’m looking for an apartment or studio to rent, preferably in a clean, quiet, and well maintained property that accepts cats. I have a strong rental history and take pride in being organized, clean, quiet, and respectful of places where I live. I would be a responsible tenant and would care of the apartment as if it were my own.
