I have a bedroom for rent in a beautifully furnished apartment that's only a block from the Vegas Strip. This would be the perfect place for anyone who works on the strip but doesn’t have a car, because it’s so close to the strip that you can walk there in a few minutes. Rent is $799 per month 1/3 of the bills and only a $200 deposit that's refundable minus the last months bills. It's a month to month lease and you can move out anytime as long as you give a written 30 day notice. If you'd prefer to have a 6 or 12 month lease just let me know.
