Hi, I’m 28 years old and looking to move out by the end of August. I moved back in with my parents temporarily after spending several years living in Los Angeles, and now that I’m working in Manchester, I’d like to find a place closer to work and establish my own space again. I’m independent, responsible, and maintain stable employment and income. I have my own vehicle, pay my bills on time, and take pride in being respectful of both my living space and the people I live with. I’m generally easygoing, clean, and prefer a drama-free environment with good communication and mutual respect. I do use cannabis and have a valid medical . I smoke daily, but it has never interfered with my work, finances, responsibilities, or relationships. I’m considerate of house rules and always respectful of shared spaces and roommates’ preferences. Outside of work, I spend a lot of time focused on personal and business projects, technology, reading, and self-improvement. I’m looking for a comfortable, stable living situation with responsible and respectful people
