I HAVE TWO INDOOR CATS I’m open to one more cat and to slowly introduce your to mine but it cannot be an outdoor cat. Shared driveway with neighboring unit, plenty of FREE street parking. Super tiny backyard. Wooden floors, washer/dryer in unit. No A/C. I already have: furnished living room, full kitchenware and dining set, appliances (i dont have an air fryer and do not want one). Shoe rack available, drawers for knickknacks. I have streaming services as well (no hulu; no hbo; no disney) Neighborhood is relatively peaceful. Unit neighbors are an attorney and school counselor with 2 dogs. Bus stop around the corner. Dispensary around the corner. Close to ashby freeway exit, ashby bart, and Bay St. Restaurants, coffee shops, small grocer markets within walking distance.
