Residents also have access to excellent shared facilities, including a common gym, outdoor BBQ area, and a 20m pool (lightly heated during the summer months). The apartment is strictly non-smoking, and no pets are permitted in the flat. Looking for Hi, I’m looking for the right person to rent the spare room in my amazing apartment. I’m after a fully functioning adult who knows how to clean up after themselves, contribute to keeping shared spaces tidy, and generally live responsibly without needing reminders or guidance on basic house-sharing etiquette. I’m looking for someone who respects the space, treats the apartment well, and understands how to share a home thoughtfully. I live in the apartment part-time due to a standard work rotation, and I work from home on Mondays and Wednesdays. My desk is set up in the lounge room, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with a professional, peaceful environment during work hours.
