I’m looking for a stable room within my budget of $800/month. I am a quiet, respectful, and responsible tenant who keeps shared spaces clean and follows house rules.
I do not have overnight guests and I respect privacy and boundaries in shared living situations. My cleanliness level is average, and I am mindful of keeping common areas tidy.
I am currently in a transition and need stable housing for myself and my children. I am looking for a safe, calm environment where we can settle and be respectful housemates.
I can provide references if needed and am flexible with move-in timing. I’m primarily looking for something stable and long-term if it’s a good fit.
