So my wife and I have a private ADU in our home, we are looking to rent out soon. we would like someone, respectful, responsible and clean, please. We will very much leave you alone as long as everything is cleaned. We are fine and as long as rent is on time. We do keep to ourselves a lot, but we are easy to have a conversation with most of our tenants have been with us for over three years so I feel confident to say that they like it here but yeah if you’d like to take a tour please reach out to me.
