New Listing

I’m interested in renting a vacant room with utilities, included, and use of common area, kitchen, appliances, etc. & I have various interests. My faith is most important to me, I don’t drink and I stay away from drama. I’m quiet, kind, enjoy reading, multicultural gourmet cooking and, I have 2 adult sons who live out of the area. I have an upcoming neck surgery and want to be settled in a new place beforehand. July 1st or sooner would be best for me. I like a clean home, some space for my kitchen items, dry food/goods, refrigerator space for perishables, cleaning and laundry products and a small storage area for boxes.
