Looking for a respectful, responsible, and clean roommate to share an amazing space in a luxury apartment community at Bell Warner Center. The room will be available for viewing starting August 2nd and available for move-in anytime after that. You will have your own private bedroom and private bathroom. More photos coming soon. This space is intended for one person only. If you have a significant other who stays over routinely, this will not be the right fit. A little about the home:
• Luxury apartment complex with beautiful amenities
• Shoe-free household
• No smoking or vaping of any kind
• Cleanliness and tidiness are extremely important
• Please no dishes left in the sink
• Housekeeper comes every other week included in the rent. I have two Yorkies who are my babies, so you must be very pet friendly. Unfortunately, no additional pets are allowed. I live a very quiet lifestyle — I rarely have guests over — and I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. Utilities (internet, water, and power) are sharing. Requirements:
• Stable job and proof of income
