I'm doing the Drexel in LA program this summer, so l'll be away from June 16th through August 21st and am looking for someone to sublet my room! Girls only please!
The apartment will be shared with 2-3 other girls. Rent is $700/month plus utilities, which usually range from about $80-$120 depending on the month.
The room comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair, shelves, and storage space included.
The house itself is fully furnished with two full bathrooms, living room, kitchen with all amenities, dining room, washer and dryer, and an outdoor deck.
