The room is a large room with double closets, AC, and a shared restroom with another college student…going for $950 a month plus utilities…Utilities include Internet, Trash, Water, Electricity, and Gas. It’s located in a 4 bedroom house very peaceful and respectful home. Just 10 minutes away from CPP/Mt. Sac and 7 minutes from Claremont colleges and about 3 minutes from public transportation and the I-10 freeway. You can cook use common areas and wash your clothes at the laundry at house all I ask is to pickup and clean up after yourself. No drugs no alcohol. And house rules must be followed no exceptions.
