Private Master Bedroom With attached Private Bathroom in Southern Escondido. (15 & Felecita) You will be sharing a 3 bedroom 2 bath home, Room is ~14 x 14 with walk in closet & private attached bathroom. Utilities split evenly (about $150/mo). We have a maid come monthly to deep clean (included in the rent). ***Each room has it's own individual lease agreement, so you are only responsible for yourself & your room*** About the space:

2 car garage, no parking available in garage, but some space for storage (motorcycle parking in garage would be ok)
