Looking for roommate (preferably female ) no pets if possible. Rent will be shared so you will be $1000 all included along with internet wifi. Due at move in $300 + first month rent. I’m an extrovert very social person. Healthy communication and new friendship I seek to build rather than just share same address. I keep things well organized and clean hence I look for that quality in my roommate as well, organized not messy. I’m 29 years old I love golfing & outdoor activities on my day offs. Watch horror movies, and make new friends,meet new people & enjoy life once in while. All I expect from my roommate is non chaotic, healthy communicative extrovert energy along with good hygiene habits. Available after june 6th
