West Costa Mesa House Rental
(Near Pomona & W Wilson) Looking for a 3rd roommate to take over the lease. Lease term would be. The setup includes:
- Private bedroom with attached private bathroom
- Additional spare room down the hall
- Central AC
- Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles (garage space is limited for storage)
- Secluded Backyard & Patio from neighbors
- One roommate lives in the back of the house on the opposite side. The bedroom and spare room are in the front hallway across from other roommate so we’re spread out Room sizes:
- Bedroom: 10’ x 13’
- Bedroom Closet: 6’ x 2’
- Private bathroom with full bath/shower
- Spare room: 10’ x 12’ (use however you want storage/office/etc.) Requirements -Utilities are separate and usually average around $200/month depending on the season. (High speed internet, Electric, Gas, Water, basic landscape)
- $1000 Security Deposit or 2 months rent if possible
- proof of income/credit score Looking for:
- Single tenant only (no couples or multiple tenants)
- Male preferred, but open to women as well
- Someone respectful, clean, and easygoing
- Similar interests or independent - friends and guests are always welcome as long they’re respectful and intermittent About us:
Current roommates are two 30 year old guys working full time (Construction engineer & chef). We’re both respectful, pretty independent during the week, and value personal space. Outside of work & weekends we’re surfing, camping, traveling and playing/recording music. We play music and drink casually but are respectful about noise and work schedules. We also have a super friendly Aussie mix dog, and a very friendly chocolate lab occasionally stays over. Pets may be considered depending on personality/type.
