We are a laid-back household with a 2-month-old baby and friendly dogs, so we’re looking for someone respectful and comfortable in a family environment. The room has brand new flooring and fresh paint, and it is located next to the baby’s room. The home includes an open kitchen layout, washer and dryer access, and a private bathroom. All utilities are included in the rent. We keep a calm and relaxed atmosphere in the house and are looking for a clean, responsible tenant who will be a good fit for the home.
