Hello, CC household in north pdx has an upstairs room available May 1st! $624/ month not including utilities (+$100-150) 2 cats, no additional cats but other pets could be considered! flexible lease, long term preferred. beautiful spacious yard with trees and garden space, plus patio front and back. close to transit and walkable parks and shops! **smoking household, outdoors two air purifiers in the home and covid precautions taken by all (three others, looking for a forth) and can be discussed farther with anyone interested in hearing more about the household! We are looking for a fourth roommate comfortable with a cleaning routine and able to take covid precautions. Quiet hours around 10pm-7/8am
