- Utilities average $125 per person for internet/PGE/Water - 1 bedroom with a private bathroom ($1280)
- Currently have 2 rabbits in one of the rooms
- Open to pets, but not accepting cats due to allergies About amenities
- Home has solar panels, so we save $$$ on PGE - Washer/Dryer In Unit - Large driveway + A LOT of street parking - Garage is now utilized as excess storage for anything you need - Jacuzzi, fire pit, and large patio (great for hosting BBQs with friends!)
- Primary living room, with secondary living room (currently utilizing as an office space). Both with lots of natural lighting!
- Generous amount of cabinet space, kitchen island, electric stove, and two ovens!
